Dermot Lambe CIP
Managing Director
Dermot started his career as an insurance broker in 1988. He has gained his wealth of experience predominantly with international brokerages such as Sedgwick Dineen/Marsh, JLT and as a Director with Alexander Forbes, with full responsibility for the Republic of Ireland operation. He joined BMCI in January 2006 as a senior executive and led the successful MBO of the firm in 2010. His areas of expertise include Marine (Hull & Cargo), Property and Financial Risks.
Dermot is an avid sports fan, with soccer being to the fore. He supports Arsenal and the Rep of Ireland with varying levels of frustration. He is a qualified soccer coach, holding a UEFA B licence. Having held various coaching and executive positions at St Kevins Boys and Ashbourne United over the years, he retired in April 2019 from soccer activities as his three sons play rugby. Currently a committee member of Ratoath Wheelers Cycling Club and is a keen amatuer actor.
Married to Anita with three sons, David, Sean and Matthew.

Outside of work life TeresaJane is married to Dan, they have 4 adult children and together enjoy travelling. She is involved in various choirs, member of Faithlegg Golf Club and is passionate about musical theatre.
Teresa Jane graduated from NUI (St Patricks College), Maynooth with a Certificate in Theology and also graduated from SETU with a Certificate in Social Media & Digital Marketing.

PJ Henehan retired as a tax partner in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Group and having been with the firm for over 25 years. With more than two decades of experience in the taxation field, he is a leading expert in structuring financial products for banks, fund management and insurance companies, as well as for high net worth clients.
He was a member of the Ernst & Young Global Financial Services Group, consisting of professionals from such disciplines as tax, structured finance, audit and actuarial services. PJ lectures regularly on taxation for various professional organisations in Ireland and abroad. He is also the author of numerous articles and booklets for Ernst & Young and its clients. He is a member of the Taoiseach’s Insurance Committee, which advises Government on the development of Ireland as an insurance domicile of choice. He is a Fellow of the Irish Taxation Institute and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
